Project includes a 22,200 square foot building with seating capacity of 1497 seats in the main church and 152 seats in the day chapel. Construction consists of braced-frame structural steel, exposed steel trusses, metal stud framing, underground ductwork, sloped concrete floor. Architectural details include Plaster covered EPS foam trims as well as Limestone coated foam trims, a 26’ diameter copper dome roof over the altar with clerestory aluminum windows, wood tongue & groove ceiling, arched stained glass windows throughout.

Project includes preconstruction and construction services on a new 1600 seat cruciform Catholic Church. In addition to the new church, ancillary buildings, a rectory, social hall and classrooms will all be added to the site.
Dock and Office Expansion

New office addition approx 1500 sf, raised cmu foundation, wood framing, metal siding, fully sprinklered. The new office addition will serve as the logistics office for tracking and routing all of all freight in and out of Kraft Foods, Tulare. Dock expansion consisting of two new adjustable dock pits with roll up coiling doors and a covered canopy.

Level II Nursery Remodel

Remodel of existing nursery to an 857 sqft Level II Nursery and construction new nursery. Work involves demolition of existing wall framing, plumbing mechanical, medical gas and electrical items. New work involves new walls, finishes, mechanical, plumbing, medical gas to new medical gas headwall columns, and electrical items. In addition, to door access control additions, fire alarm and fire sprinkler modifications.
