Project includes construction services on two Fresno elementary school sites, including asbestos abatement, new tackboards, chalk boards and makerboard installations.  Work also includes new door hardware, cielings, and paint throug muck of the schools.

    New Social Hall and Classrooms

    Selma, CA

Project includes preconstruction and construction services on a new 13,000 square foot social hall, which will include classrooms, showers, bathrooms, a commercial kitchen, and a covered patio for gatherings.  In addition, two new wood privacy gates will be installed to match the aesthetic details of the church.

    Renovation and Expansion of the Visalia Library

New Lobby

Construct a new lobby between the two existing buildings to create a unified library facility.  Total area approximately 1,510 square feet.

Existing 1936 building

Complete renovation to convert existing vacant building into a children's library.  Total area of approximately 9,990 square feet.

Existing 1976 building

Selected, partial renovation of existing library, primarly to upgrade computer lab area, update bathroom, elevator and door hardware for ADA compliance and upgrade some finishes.  Total area of approximately 32, 570 square feet.

Ground floor – Demolition of existing playrooms to add patient beds.  Remodel of conference room decreasing its size to add a semi-private patient room.  Remodel of existing empty space on hospital bridges to add a new office.

    Gamma Knife

     Fresno, CA

New Gamma Knife -- a $4.5 million piece of equipment that allows doctors to target what are often considered inoperable tumors and lesions in the head and neck.  Saint Agnes is the only hospital between Sacramento and Bakersfield to have the equipment, and one of only 200 worldwide, hospital officials said. Even fewer hospitals have the newest version of Gamma Knife, the Perfexion, that will be used at Saint Agnes.
