History

Steve Seals and Steve Biehle met twenty-five years ago as carpenters and have continued a working relationship ever since.  After their former employer retired, Seals and Biehle began receiving offers from past clients to provide their construction services.  Based on these requests, Seals and Biehle decided to form their own company, providing construction services to past clients, as well as to new clients.  Choosing a central location, Seals/Biehle General Contractors was founded in Visalia, Calfiornia on September 13, 1993. Seals/Biehle specializes in general contracting and construction management services.  Over the years, the company has evolved into a rapidly growing construction firm serving the healthcare, commercial and educational industries of California's Central Valley.  Seals/Biehle has built a reputation of providing clients with a highly skilled team who is focused on and dedicated to each individual project.
