Bidding Requirements
100% Payment/Performance Bonds may be required from Seals/Biehle approved sureties. Seals/Biehle is signatory to the Carpenter's Collective Bargaining Agreements. Subcontractors will be required to execute a standard Seals/Biehle subcontract agreement, comply with the Project General Requirements and comply with Seals/Biehle's standard insurance requirements. A Waiver of Subrogation will be required with all subcontract agreements.
