CARDIAC CATH LAB EXPANSION

As the first phase of the Saint Agnes Medical Expansion Project, the cardiac catherterization recovery lab consists of a new two-story building addition with a loading dock to the south side of the existing main hospital building. The foundation is grade beam footings underpinned to the three existing buildings which surround the new expansion. The building is a structural steel frame enclosed by a shell of pre-cast panels. The lower level will be used mainly as storage while the second floor will act as the new Cath Lab Recovery Center.
