CITY OF VISALIA LIBRARY RENOVATION & EXPANSION
Project Scope:
The Visalia Library renovation and expansion consisted of the construction of a new 1,510 square-foot lobby to bridge the two existing buildings to create a unified facility and the conversion of an existing vacant building into a 9,990 square-foot Children’s Library. It also encompassed partial renovation of the existing library, including an upgrade to the computer lab area, upgraded finishes, and an update to the restrooms, door hardware and elevator for ADA compliance.
