SAINT MARY'S SERRA CENTER

Project Scope:

General Contracting services were provided on this 3,600 square foot multi-use building at St. Mary’s in Visalia. The Serra Center is a block and wood frame structure with a lath and plaster exterior mission finish which matches the existing campus building. The Serra Center includes a stamped concrete courtyard, with a pergola gated entry. The interior of the building is painted to look like a wood ceiling. This building serves as an eye catching and aesthetic enhancement to the church campus.
