Project Scope:Seals/Biehle provided construction management and general contracting services for a new Sterile Processing Department remodel at Saint Agnes Medical Center. The remodel was approximately 2,300 square feet of new hospital construction. The Sterile Processing Department is responsible for the provision and maintenance of many patient supply items, including electronic equipment and all reusable sterile supplies. The most important function of the SPD is that it acts as an excellent role model for infection control practices and works as an infection control resource.
