ST. AGNES MEDICAL CENTER - North Wing Kitchen Expansion
Project Scope:
In early 2005 the build-out of a 1.5 million dollar kitchen facility located within the new cardiac wing expansion was completed. The kitchen addition had to adhere to the requirements of both Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) and the California Department of Health Services (DHS). With over one-hundred items of food service equipment, each requiring a combination of utility connections of either gas, water, electrical, venting and/or drainage, coordination and synchronization was crucial for the successful completion.
