Project Scope:Seals/Biehleis underway with providing construction services for Saint Agnes Medical Center’s Sixth Floor Build Out, Operating Rooms 5 & 7, and Satellite Pharmacy remodel projects. Seals/Biehle is providing construction management and general contracting services for the 6th Floor Build-out project, approximately 24,000 square feet, and includes 28 medical/surgical patient rooms, 8 ICU patient suites and various support functions including nurse stations, utility rooms, electrical and telecommunications closets, equipment storage and elevators. The Operating Rooms 5 & 7 and Satellite Pharmacy Remodel total approximately 2,604 square feet, and is a three phase project and consists of the selective demolition of the existing space and equipment, implementation of newly designed space utilization, modern furnishings, finishes and equipment and extensive upgrades to the existing HVAC and electrical systems.
