5 Level Post-Tensioned Cast-In-Place Concrete Parking Structure Approximately 210,000 square feet 691 parking stalls 8,307 Cubic Yards of Concrete Scheduled Completion: 4/24/07 Early Completion Achieved: 4/12/07 Project includes the construction of a new five-level parking structure located at 222 W. Acequia Avenue in Downtown Visalia. The new structure will contain parking stalls, storage rooms, trash dumpster rooms, grease drum room, electrical room, stairs, elevators and elevator machine rooms. The site works includes landscaping and brick paving. This structure will serve as additional downtown parking for the construction of the new Kaweah Delta Hospital tower, as well as for the adjacent shops and businesses located in the area. |
