Seals/Biehle has recently completed a 50,000 sqft remodel for Centex Homes of the Central Valley.  The remodel includes facilities for Centex Homes Construction and Construction Services, CTX Mortgage, Commerce Title and the Centex Home Design Center.  The project is located at 801 S. Akers St. Visalia, CA 93277.  The scope of the tenant improvement encompassed approximately 1/3 of the Cigna Healthcare building converting it to usable office space for Centex.

Project includes 50,000 square feet of tenant improvements.  The site of Centex Homes Central Valley Regional Office will house all of the departments associated with the company: Land Acquisition, Sales, Construction Services, Accounting, CTX, Commerce Title, and the new Design Center.

The Central Valley Regional Office will be located in the existing Cigna Building in Visalia, which was constructed in 2001.  The exterior shell of the building will be the only original part of the structure.  A thorough demolition and remodel will be completed throughout the interior space.
