Project Scope:

Project includes Construction Management At-Risk and Design Build Services on a new renovation to the existing social hall, Rosenau Hall, and adding new office space to the existing hall. Work comprised of approximately 6,900 square feet of new space added on to the front of the hall and approximately 8.600 square feet of remodeled space converted into a new community room, music room and offices. In addition the kitchen was remodeled to include and new fully functional serving area and prep area.
