Project Scope:The Children’s Hospital Central California remodel consisted of the demolition of existing playrooms to add patient beds. The conference room was remodeled, decreasing its size in order to make room for a new semi-private patient room. The project also consisted of the remodeling of existing empty space on hospital bridges to add a new office. New construction that took place involved new, non-bearing walls, wall finishes, doors, windows, mechanical ducts, plumbing, med gas and electrical.
